Awesome pictures, what unit are you with?

At least the housing in Kuwait looks like it has insulation unlike the stuff at 29 palms.

Im not TLowe but I don't think anybody is deploying ASVs any more. There may still be some in use inside the wire on big FOBs but they aren't IED Resistant Enough to be used on the road anymore. Most of the MP's here in A-Stan are using these now:

Gotcha. Thanks for the info. We never really get to hear first hand how these vehicles do in the field. We're building some right now for the Iraqi army as well as the Afgan army in addition to our regular US requirements.

My company back home has them, but we will not be using them on deployment. The FOB I am on only uses M1151 HMMWV, RG33's, and Caimans. From what my fellow Soldiers with previous experience on deployments with ASV's is that they are rolling coffins. They tend to be more prone to rollovers than the rest of the MRAP's and are a death trap if there is a vehicle fire. On the bright side I hear they have the best AC system in all the Army! I have no experience with them other than playing on the inside.

Smack Womack and S. Williams for me

PM me your real name and I will be happy to smack "Commo" Williams. My company is spread out across 3 FOB's and Womack is not with me, but SSG Williams is. Do you know Ryan Jackson? He works the jail with the same department as those two and is in my platoon.

Just sayin'...Commo sporting his custom ACU's

Before any of you open your mouth, yes I know these were taken from an 1151, not the Caiman
