This knife is a carbon steel blade with a forced patina on the back. Its is ground on both sides and meant as a allaround good general purpose kitchen knife.

    Steel - 1/8" thick 1084
Handle material - Gaboon Ebony, Copper,& stabalized Hawaiian Koa
    Length - 14"
    Handle length - 5 1/2"
    Blade length - 8 1/2" (7 3/4" cutting edge)

Price - 180$ shipped with insurance. A good portion of the profit will go to help some of the youth at my church go on a paintball trip since its a little more expensive then their normal movie trips etc.

Well let me know I'm coming back tomorrow afternoon

I am buying the knife for sure. Sending the money tomorrow. I have watched (on here) William make several knives, and I finally saw one I had to have. I will put it to use and post a detailed review soon. I plan on cooking a big family dinner with lots of relatives soon, so I'll have 3-4 days in the kitchen and I'll be able to sort out what I like and don't like about a knife in that time. I suspect I will be very pleased.
