Don't know about fraud but the customer service has always been terrible. According to ARF, you would order a kit or parts (mail order only) from him and hope it would show up in the next 1-24 months. Not much of a big deal now that other 22lr conversions are out, but for a while he was the only game in town.

I don't remember if I bought my kit through him or through a dealer, but it works just fine and I don't remember any issues when ordering, but it was 4-5 years ago.

I've met this man in person a few times at Knob Creek. If you have heard anything bad about him it is probably true. He is a giant A hole. I don't think I would **** on him if he was on fire. He made some good stuff over the years and some crap but he treated everyone the same. Like ****.
