LA vs. Louisiana Gun & Reloading

I just noticed there is LA Gun on Jefferson Hwy and Louisiana Gun on Seigen. Are these run by the same people? Any experience with either vendor?

They have a LNIB single stack Glock .45. ($450 I think) for cheap if anyone has any fun tokens burning a hole in their pocket.
