Lake End Park in Morgan City

Has anyone been camping there this year? It looks good from website. Your thoughts?

been there three times so far since june 29th, 2013 which is when we bought our 5th wheel. just avoid the spots 54 through 60. we stayed in slot 57 the first time and it rained pretty hard and we had water when we stepped out of the camper. we stayed in slot 71 the second time and it was great. the best spots are 75 - 94 on harbor road. the breeze is great and you have water on both sides of the road. we stayed in slot 81 last time and it was the best so far. hope this helps.

Good info/thanks. I already had #79 reserved after looking at the map and google earth images. I keep a 3 ring binder with brochures of the places we camp and mark on them the best spots for next time, or which sites 'group together' when several of us go. I'll be heading out this weekend.

The good news is that LA got away from Reserve America. Their new site has pics of each site that you can pull up.
