Sounds like defamation to me...

Everyone seems to be divided on which way they think it will go. I personally think that FIREClean has made a pretty strong case, but some lawyers disagree. Still others say that even if they do win...so what? They would THEN have to collect... Curious what the local legal professionals think. I've never even played a lawyer on TV.
