- The gun was purchased in summer 2012 in preparation for the 2012 hunting season. Between school and work I never got around to hunting with it and it has been shot three separate times all for zero verification.
- The gun comfortably shoots just under 1 MoA groupings.
- The laminate stock is a Cabela's exclusive and it has the silvered Savage emblem on the hilt.
- The bolt is polished and jeweled and it has an extremely smooth action. The barrel was properly broken in, and I service the weapon regularly and keep the stock coated with a silicon cloth.
- All the Savage Paperwork included in the box is included as well as all of the Leupold paperwork and scope box.
