Load for a short 9mm

My CZ75 likes 124gr +P Speer Gold Dot, but I've just bought an LC9 that's with the holster maker right now. I was wondering if anyone could recommend defense loads for the shorter barreled pistol.

I think the whole "shorter barrel" ammo is a fraud.
Buy good ammo and be done with it. Why sweat a couple of fps? If you are that worried about velocity, carry the CZ. I do.
