I have a neighbor that has (4) 900 round 5.56x45 m855 ammo on S clips in a 50 cal can
Made in Denmark he is asking $2400.00 for the 4 ($ 600.00 ea ) and won't split them. I can only
Afford 1 and wondered if anyone would like to group buy ?

Academy had several of the rio 900rd cans for $450 last week. May want to check your local one if your neighbor didn't clean them out already....not a real good neighbor if he won't even sell you one overpriced can.

Just FYI, it doesn't appear to be true M855 ammo, and is Berdan primed. Also some people had issues and suggest it may be overpressurized on ARFCOM.

Don't over react and started paying for overpriced SS109 or M855. And hell if your going to buy get Lake City. Midway had it a 62 or 55gr 420rnds on strippers in a can for $169.

I'd sell you the same thing at $600 for 1000 rounds on stripper clips and the ammo can. No need for a group buy. But you might try AIM Surplus first - I just ordered this for $399.50 plus reasonable shipping.

I didn't know they made 855. The shot shells are great.

PRVI has surely surprised me. I've bought a ton of 5.56 and various handgun calibers and it's all been excellent quality

Definitely cleaner and less beat up. Plus it's packed for long term storage, which is awesome for me. The 5.56 has performed better for me than the federal

Hopefully this will work out like the proposed ban on high capacity mags did and then everyone will be selling their ammo to cover their credit card bills. Should have a lot popping up on here in a month or so!

I'm curious if the gun ban morons that paid $2k for a bushmaster are going to try to dump their AR's back into the market out of the false belief that the ammo is evaporating. I've experienced fewer situations of sweet sweet justice than paying someone $500.00 for an AR that told me he paid $1800 for it (and was asking 1400). The look on their face just makes you want to taste their tears. Its glorious.
