Nice work. The cuts for the folding stock rear trunnion are very easy to do. I used a bench grinder to rough the last one I did in, then fininalzed the fit with a dremel and hand files.
Cutting the front latch hole on the side of the receiver is not too bad. Drilling the hole correctly to located the pin in the trunnion is going to be fun with the trunnion installed. Are you planning to remove the barrel?
I carefully located the hole on the trunnion out of the receiver, drilled it, then used it as a guide to drill the hole in the bottom of the receiver. I was fortunate to have the trunnion loose, had not rivetted it yet.
