My wife cooked up some jalapeno and habanero poppers tonight with some peppers from the garden, as well as some wings tossed with home made mango habanero sauce, home made blue cheese dressing and some fries. I was looking for some major pain tonight so seasoned my fries with some salt and some Trinidad Scorpion powder. Holy crap that powder kicks!

ooohhhh!! THAT SOUNDS SO GOOD! I Just got to try the famous Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Chili Pepper). It is the Number 2 hottest chili in the world! I LOVED it!

"In 2007, Guinness World Records certified that the Ghost Pepper (Bhut Jolokia) was the world's hottest chili pepper, 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce; however, as of 2012 it was superseded by the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion."

Now to try and located a "Trinidad Moruna Scorpion Chili" Can you tell I like the heat?

Aussie- Where can I find that powder?

How was the ghost? I'm going to be getting my first taste of fresh superhots later this week. Looking forward to it, but I know it's going to hurt bad the first time lol.
This guy has a good selection of powders to choose from. Has very good feedback from what I've heard as well. http://www.heatmadesimple.com/hot-pepper-powders.html

Why would you want to put something that hot on food? It takes away any flavor and is incredibly unenjoyable.

I love the heat. Plus if I use it sparingly and don't add too much, it actually does add quite a nice flavour. As long as I don't slip and add too much lol.
