My 10 Year Anniversary Gift S&W 36

May 27, 2010 is my 10 year wedding Anniversary. Me and the wife each had a $1,000 budget for gifts for each other. I told her that I would love a new gun to commemorate the occasion. She asked for ideas and I gave her a long list of stuff I was interested in. Needless to say, she had good taste and got me a gun I can keep for a lifetime. It is one of the Smith & Wesson classic series, the model 36 with a 3 inch barrel. I love the look especially the grips.

I wish that they didn't put the safety on it but oh well. Let me know what you all think and I'd like to get some nice leather for it so ideas are welcome.

Since it is too unique and beautiful to carry, keep in LNIB and enjoy shooting it at the range. And buy my Taurus 357 snubbie to actually carry - and have $$$ left over for some ammo!
