Ok, finally got everything setup and going on my Hornady Lock N Load AP. This first batch is made from 24 grains of H335, CCI 400 primer, and 55gr M193 projectiles. I'm going to the range on Saturday :D

:) Looks purty. Id save the first one.

    I would too.

Good to see I'm not the only sentimental one! I've got it put up in a ziplock bag at the moment. Now I have to figure out what to do with... thinking of framing it and hanging it above the reloading bench.

congrats, but I have to warn you, reloading is just as addicting as the guns them selves.......

Yeah, I believe it... I've been pretty much consumed by it lately :D.

i load up 5, test. If all function ok, load up 10. If ok, then 35 more for a total of 50 tests at a given load. If all good, then ill do a bunch.

No, I didn't crimp. My research led to the conclusion that it adds work (trimming all cases to the same length) and isn't necessary.

It didnt look like it. Just keep any eye on the cases and primers for signs over pressure due to bullet set back. If you are running them through an autoloader, the feed ramp can sometimes cause bullet setback. i dont think you have to worry about setback caused by recoil while in the magazine with that caliber. It shouldnt be a problem.
