Need a North LA Area Gunsmith to Work on a Stevens Rifle

Hey guys,
I want to convert a Stevens Model 200 bolt action rifle (basically a non-Accutrigger Savage 110 bolt action) from 270 Win to 223 Rem. I'll do the bolt head change myself. Have considered doing the barrel change myself as well, but I've never done this before and I may not have time to get all the tools and parts together. Shreveport area would be best, but is there a gunsmith in the North LA area you can recommend for this type of work? Thanks.
