New 1911

I just picked up a new 1911; a Coonan .357 magnum. Trijicon night sights; the standard dot in the front, but in the rear it is a horizontal line on each side. It came with a second recoil spring that allows me to shoot .38 special. I can not wait to get to the range to try this new one out.

I saw it on the outdoor channel one day and had to order it. I took over a year for it to get delivered to my ffl. My understanding it is a small factory so the orders are extremely slow to get shipped out.

Man, you know how many $389 Glocks you could have picked up for the price of that? Anyway, I just made up a holster design for that pistol, need to get with the owner to mold it up. It is going to be one big ass piece of leather.
