My humidor is full of Rocky Patel, Alec Bradley, Padron, lots of Fuentes, El Rey del Mundo, Oliva series V, Gran Habano and Carlos Torano. There's just no room for any Black Ops

Looks like the same catalog hit your mailbox today too.

    Meh.. Marketing gimmick.

Yeah, I may try em ??
I'm hooked on those crazy samplers.
Sometimes they have some very nice smokes at great prices.

Looks like my humidor except for the El Rey del Mundo and Gran Habanos they weren't my cup of tea. I do have quite a few Graycliffs and a box of Tutuajes. Try the CLE Habanos from Christian Eroa ex-maker of Camacho. I got a couple from New York Big Smoke last year they were pretty good.

Alright I am a cigar noob so please forgive me. Could you make some recommendations? I have tried quite a few different kinds and I liked them all, I just don't know what constitutes a "good" cigar... I guess most of the ones I have had were mild? Just throw some names at me :D

Mild cigars are normally in a lighter color wrapper(Connecticut ) For a mild smoke, I LOVE the Rocky Patel Connecticut, or 5 Vegas Gold.

Try and get sampler combos from an online store as CI, or Thompson.
Good deals on multiple brands and you can decide your liking from there.

You ask "what constitutes a good cigar"
Anything that tastes good to you.
If you enjoy a .90cent job, that's your cigar.
A finer cigar is easy on the draw, ashes well(which helps keep lit),smooth, and puts off a nice aroma.

Arturo Fuente 8-5-8. Good smoke, not to expensive and readily available at most shops. I prefer the maduro wrapper.
As 5vegas said, the sampler packs are a good start. Here's a good link:

The biggest mistake made by noob's is not keeping your smokes properly humidified. Outside of a humidor, even for a few hours, will dry a cigar and cause it to burn "hotter" which results in a harsh, unpleasant flavor. Good humidors don't have to be expensive. One of my favorites only cost me 50 bucks.
