Welcome to the Bayou! My great-grand daddy left home in Louisiana sometime in the 1800's and made it to Oregon where he met and married a Crockett girl, from the Davey Crockett linage (from what I've been told). Fun story, when he was away he called back to his relatives back home in Lafayette, told them to meet the train at such a time and there would be a delivery there for them. They met the train to find he'd shipped a hunting dog back home, real coonass stuff!
