I've been living here since 2005, never heard of one there before. Too close to not go. I'm only about 5 minutes away. See you there.

Any word on the Mandeville gunshow? Worth going?

I was there for about 30 minutes. More of the same, less of it. About 1/2 to 2/3 the size of the Slidell show. Same old crap vendors but lots of people walking around with guns for sale (I'd say a higher percentage than usual). Pretty crowded but no lines to get in or anything.

One guy did have a decent amount of ammo. Didn't check all calibers but $250/1000 for Wolf 7.62x39 and $220 for spam cans of 5.45x39 to give you an idea.

Best deals I saw from vendors was a like new Glock 17 for $515 and a Romanian AK, one mag and 1000 rounds of Wolf for $950. Does that tell you anything?
