New Posts jump

Within the last couple of days, anytime a new post or response is made to a topic, anytime 3 Speed advertisement come up, my screen jumps or should I say the topics jump. Unless, I'm just totally old and unobservant, I've never seen this before.....

Thought I was losing my mind too. Extremely aggravating! You go to click on a thread and at that split second, that banner pops up, the whole page shifts, and you open the wrong page.
