If I were Pres. N. Korea would already be an empty, radiated area of the globe.
Any nation that possesses nukes and ballistic missiles, and says they are going to destroy the U.S. of A., and is making preparations to fire their rockets, as President, who has taken an oath to defend and protect America, must act BEFORE that nation has an opportunity to shoot their missiles.

Hawaii is within range of their nukes. They can't attack the US mainland but they can attack Hawaii. An EMP would destroy our economy though, if they could accomplish it.
There is a difference between a nuke and a hydrogen bomb... 10 megatons vs 150 maybe...
We need to send a quiet message to N. Korea. I was thinking that we should fly a B2 through their radar net and drop a solid iron bomb through the window of their capital building (hut?). A leaflet drop saying 'you could be glowing now' in korean would also be useful. They have good fighters but can their radar defeat stealth?

If he has ANY sense at all he most certainly not use ANY nukes. You forget that North Korea has been a protectorate of CHINA for 1,400 years... And that China and RUSSIA plus some other Central Asian states have a Military Alliance called the Shanghai Cooperative Organization as well as BRIC - Brazil, Russia, India and China. So we could EASILY foment a war with Russia, China (that's probably 60,000 nukes both long range and battlefield), the entirety of the Middle East (in which our Special Forces would be obliterated), Central Asia, Central America and India. The MASSIVE populations of India and China and the HUGE 500 million man capable army of China is frightening to anyone sensible. There is NO room for nukes. And North Korea will not launch ANYTHING without the tacit approval of China.If you're seriously suggesting that the Immun Gun forces will invade CONUS... get real.
OTOH, what few troops we have remaining south of Camp Kittyhawk are in grave danger. It'll be June 24, 1950 all over again; unless OBuckwheat authorizes the release of tactical nukes.

No I'm not going to join Obama bin Laden's army. Just look at th simple facts, North Korea vs. United States....there doesn't seem to be any comparison. You might as well discuss Ethiopia or even Iran attacking Russia. The US government is more likly to be a threat to us, you are right. I believe THAT can happen. These people that think everything is just fine as long as we get a republican in the white house are just dreaming. At bottom, McCain/Bush/Neoconwhoever are no different than Clinton/Obama/Socialistwhoever. But this Koran, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. is just a distraction blown up by our scumbag leaders to keep our attention off their infringing on gun rights, states rights and the Mexican invasion.

From a financial standpoint, China has absolutely NO REASON to wish for war with the U.S. I believe behind all the BS, most of the world is just as concerned about this little turd as we are- they just don't want to appear to be on the same side as "The Great Satan"......

Unless we invade Korea, a standing army is no threat to us. How do you tink they would get those troops over here??

I don't buy into the ability to effectively "shoot bullets with bullets" and those that make it through will still will detonate over the continental USA. Russia has the capability to defeat this anyway with their latest ICBMs.
Watch Cuba and Central America; China is making inroads and our Southern (and Northern) borders are essentially unmanned now.
My point is that if it comes right down to it the SCO out-muscles NATO with the ICBM stuff.
