NFA application Returned!

Filed form 4, paper. It's been 4 months. Got a letter today from the US justice department stating:

1. Trust may be insufficient.
Please provide a copy of the fully executed declaration of trust as the copy received with the original submission
is not signed, dated, or notarized. I have 30 days to reply or get rejected.



This is my same trust that I recently got my SBR and suppressor with. Filed the exact same way. Jim's Firearms mailed
my paperwork off.

Any idea whats going on?

Sorry I didn't state that earlier. That was done before I ever got my first
Nfa item. That's mainly why I'm confused. I could see this happening on my first item but im on my 3rd. I could have never gotten this far if my paperwork wasn't in check.

Called ATF this morning and they were a big help. The girl on the phone told me just to email my sig sheet
directly to her and she would bring it directly to the approver. Lol, I'm gonna keep her number and start calling
direct from now on. haha, wouldn't it be nice?

Just called and left you a message Timothy, Ive already taken care of it on Tuesday and has been sent it back to the Approver. They sent an error letter saying your trust was not signed. Your trust had 2 copies of the notorization page of which one was filled out completly, So I have no idea why they sent that back to me when the signed copy was there all along.....Who knows...lol. Just call me if you need anything or have any questions.

Thinking of getting m&p 15-22 integrally surpressed by Phil at IA. so they wait time these days is around 6-7 months? Is that about your time frame was.

More like 4 or less right now.

Integrally suppressed, only good for one weapon, removeable suppressor good for hundreds. Dunno, your money I guess.

Have detachables already. Want to get the 22 for my sons birthday. Haven't went through process in awhile. Thanks for the info.
