Nick's Matches - 2014 season starts Sunday morning

So who will be shooting these matches this year? I will be there every week, either Thursday night or Sunday morning, depending on my work schedule. Come on out and have a fun time. I am hoping to get my 8yr old on the line with his 22 pistol this year.

I see the Thursday matches start at six. Till how long do they last? And how many people usually come to these?

Normally done by 8:30PM. Usually around 15-20 shooters at each match

I went out there today as a total newb. First competition ever. They paired me up with a more experienced shooter, which was really helpful. Everyone, in fact, was really helpful. I had a blast and can't wait to get out there again.

To anyone who is considering trying this, do it!

Today was my first time as well. Great group of guys to get started with, in competition shooting.

Minus a couple brain farts, I shot well, and eventually ended the night with my best score. Not bad for a noob to take home 1st in Unclassified Limited! w00tw00t
