Notary in Covington?

I'm going to be passing through NO/Covington this Sunday (Sorry in advance), and need the assistance of a notary. As with everything, cheaper = gooder.

Is anyone on here a notary, or have the hookup with one? It'll take ~5 minutes at the most, just transferring a title.
