    Had the urge for this today. Took out a couple pounds of chicken legs and some strips of boneless pork butt. Seasoned with my homemade BBQ rub, and placed on my Holland grill at 375 with some oak on the drip pan. Once the meat was done basted with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, let it set for another 10 minutes and called it done. I do love this simple BBQ I remember my dad doing when I was younger.
