Opinion of Double Tap Ammunition

Has anyone used Double Tap ammunition? I have an opportunity to buy some in 380 ACP 95gr. Controlled Expansion JHP, .45 ACP 230gr. JHP and .357 Magnum 125gr. Bonded Defense JHP. Before I make a purchase on ammo I've never heard of I would like to hear some personal opinions.

I've used a variety of DoubleTap loads in 10mm. DT made it's name in 10mm and I've used five or six of Mike McNett's loads in that caliber...all accurate and full-powered. He offers a good variety of loadings not otherwise available off the shelf, including hard-cast bullets in 10mm.

ot familiar with his loads for other calibers but I would assume they will all be safe but very hot loads, and priced accordingly.

I haven't bought any yet or ever used 2T ammo. With the positive comments I've received from M1911.org and BayouShooter think I'll pick up some.
