When I was young my Mom would make the most awesome pancakes. I had forgotten all about them until our godchildren came over and wanted pancakes. Now anytime one of them comes sleep that's all they want for breakfast! All you do is add 2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp almond flavoring to your mix and that's it. The kids love it, makes regular pancakes seem bland.
