S&W FCP also uses M&P mags and folds.

Now that we know your budget

    1) Any magazine type requirements?
    2) Any action type requirements?

I have M&P mags but Glock mags are plentiful and reasonable cost. So they can be a consideration. I want semi-auto. I was considering the FPC but am concerned about how long it will take before the plastic latch starts to loosen.

I have the FPC and the Keltec Sub 2000 Gen 2 with a full MCARBO kit. They are light weight and still maneuverable with a 16" barrel but delayed blowbock, so they recoil hard. You feel the heavy bolt moving by your cheek not anything in your shoulder. Still like both better than the Ruger.

You could get the Stribog that takes Glock mags at the top of your budget. The new ones are roller delayed. Could also look at an Aero Precision EPC 9

When it comes to pps's, I have close to 20 of them.(yes, I have too many) Most of them from B&T's. I don't have any keltec, nor Rugers. There's no point since these are lesser quality items. Springfield, S&W, & Areo all just gotten into the game with their AR platform.
If you were to stay within the AR type, try look into Quarter Circle 10. That's all they do.
    Hope this help!

I would recommend B&T GHM9. You can find them around $800-$1000. In my opinion, best budget PCC. Scorpion is great choice too and you can really improve a lot with upgrades. BUT once you get a scorpion they way you wanted, it would have been cheaper just to get a GHM9.

Nope new, you just have to look on gunbroker and guns.com. Every now and then you can find some listing going for cheap or they have “make an offer” option. I got a new Ghm9 6.9 gen 2 B&T mag for $930 last year. I was a little disappointed because a few weeks later I saw a compact sell for $875ish range.

It was a great PCC and was my intro into B&T quality. Only reason I sold my GHM9 was because I found a great deal on a APC9 limited 8.9 SBR.

If saving up was an option, I would recommend either a MP5, APC9, or MPX. Then get a wolfman silencer (or mojave/ca$h 9 for the mpx).

It’s probably the best shooting experience (in my opinion). You will not regret it!…your wallet will lol.
