Owning that many and shooting that many different ones would make my head hurt trying to find ammo much less buying what some would consider a fair amount in case of a panic.

That would seriously cut into my hobby funds lol.

Why no 38 special? It's arguably carried just as much any of the other calibers. More than the niche cartridges of 357 Sig or 10mm Auto.

This is a research poll about 5 calibers of semi auto pistols people own and shoot. It is not about revolvers or concealed carry. That is another poll.
I want to know about those 2 niche calibers owned and shot.

Out of the choices I only have a 9mms but I have shot 40 and 45acp on many occasions.

45 will eventually make it in my collection, 40 would only make it if I bought a 9mm barrel along with for ammo compatibility reasons.

1 and 3 only... 9mm has capacity and cost effectiveness... And 45 for power, 1911 platforms, and naturally sub sonic for suppressor hosts...

I still wish I'd gotten this dude's .40 and 357 upper half for the M&P9 I have... just out of curiosity and flexibility if nothing else. Bank account wasn't having it at the time, but damn I wanted it.
