Like everyone.
I placed an order with them too. My 2nd order in 6 mths in fact. When I try to log in to my account, it says I have no accout but yet they send me junk email?
I also have orders with brownells and dsg arms, both advertised 10 pack deals.

Also, word on the street (Ar15.com) is Magpul has stopped making all colors of pmags except black to get thru this backlog. True or not I can verify, just what someone posted on AR15.com and it makes sense.

Thats not true in fact people who ordered through dsg ( one of five magpul featured distributors) are recieving the black window right now and the windowless are coming a lot slower it seems. So if you want some sooner order the windows.

This was recently announced, so it is still very plausible that the windowed ones that were already made are finally arriving to distributors and shipping out. While mags offered now and after the announcement (windowless) have not been made or are currently being made, hence the slow shipping.

I ordered 2 on Dec 30 (black). Received order confirmation email, but have not seen shipment, tracking info or other response yet...

Sounds like alot of orders went through. I placed my order dec 30 but choose not to give my credit card number and clicked "call in payment" and it looks like they just skipped over my order b/c I never recieved a email or phone call.

I ordered 5, payed with card on DEC 28. I have no mags yet.

I talked to S&W Customer Service this morning(20 minute hold). All of the mag orders are still on backorder. They have had thousands of orders over the last few weeks. I placed my order on the 28th. He said they are supposed to be filled on first come first serve basis.
