I just bought a Polish WZ 1970 air pistol (177 cal) from Apex Gun Parts for $95. Its a single shot break action, adjustable rear sight and trigger. They were serious military trainers. Its a great backyard plinker. Although kids love shooting it the younger ones cannot cock it. Breaking the barrel all the way down compresses and sets the spring.
The side benefit is its patterned after the Walther LP 53 of James Bond poster fame. Word is no one remembered to bring the PPK to a poster shoot and a photographer happened to have an LP 53 in his trunk.
The WZ I got was built in 1972, making it a nice complement to my 1971 Polish P-64 (9X18 Mak) patterned after the PPK.
