Problems with Ruger 10/22 ejecting spent shells

funny or sick. I can't decide. We can dump $200 on a rifle....then $200+ on a quality barrel, $150+ on a cool stock...untold $$$ on internals....et al....

Then top it off with a cheap a$$ Tru-glow scope off the rack from wal-mart!

Speak for yourself. My 10/22 has a vari-x II and would have something nicer if I hadn't already had the scope laying around. Crap glass on a gun is pointless.

LOL...You misunderstood me. I was commenting that it's funny/sick to see high dollar guns with cheap scopes. I never said I did it!!!

Really depends on the application. If hunting or competing, good glass is a must. If just for plinking, does it really matter?
