For the FFL01s. Are you required to report multiple handguns sales (two or more within five days) of C&R handguns to C&R licensees?
As it turns out, transfers of C&R handguns between between an 01 dealer and an 03 collector are not required to have the multiple handgun sales report submitted, but some FFLs do.
