According the Tweet it was in Michigan. And my error it was cellphone footage, not dashcam. The audio appears it wasn't a set up.

I stand by my statements earlier this week (I'm not sure if it was on here or not): If you dress up as a clown and go try to scare people while holding a weapon, you have already demonstrated that you are crazy by your dress. Crazy plus a lethal weapon equals threat, and people in this state won't take threats too nicely.
