Recommended complete upper assembly

I'm the proud owner of s/n# 12 on the bayou shooter lower i picked from Ferrara's. While down there I grabbed a lower parts kit and buffer from Carlos at BGR. Now I'm looking for a complete mil spec upper assembly to install and I didn't realize that so many options are available. I hope some of the AR gurus can point me in the right direction of what to look for and possibly where to buy. I'm wanting to keep the build low budget but not cheap and at this time I have no specific plans or use but just to go bang here at the house or range. Thanks in advance....Robert

Look at the plametto state uppers. avoid the PTAC series of uppers. ih ave not heard any goods things about them
