Went from Pollock back to Camp Beauregard this morning a little over 10k in 96 minutes with 50 Pound ruck and about 8 pounds of water. Last mile was a serious out of body experience but feel great now. That was some serious humping. :boink:

That's a quick forced march pace. 4 mph might not seem like much over a 6 mile run, but with a ruck the pain adds up quickly.
Good job man, I haven't been that motivated since scout school.

Be careful man unless your training for a ruck based program like SFAS ruck marching is incredibly hard on your body. In my expirence the wear and tear outweighs the potential gains. If your training for SFAS or Ranger School however there is no way to simulate carrying a heavy ruck far and fast.

Oh yeah for sure... I'm going to Fort Rucker WOC program. It's a GO-NO GO Timed event so have to train for it. As for equipment standard current issue ruck stuffed with 50 pounds of gear 2 camel backs full of water 2 canteens Current issue Kavalar... I forget the new name for it*ACH*. Uniform and Blackhawk boots which actually did pretty good Rubber weapon... The one toe blister was pretty unavoidable and I'll mole skin it next monday when I DO IT AGAIN... lol The water does not count for your weight. But your for sure right . It does not feel all that good for you.
