Want to buy a Ruger 10/22 "stainless" complete rifle or just an action.
I'm building up a 4H CMP Sporter Rifle for another granddaughter. Don't necessarily need a good barrel as I already have a new bull barrel to install. Don't necessarily need a good stock as I already have a new youth stock ready to install. I know that Academy has these complete rifles for $299, but hoping that there might be a suitable candidate lurking in a closet somewhere at less cost.
