School Cafeteria Pizza My Way!

Today the School Cafeteria Pizza was requested but I did it MY way and it was well enjoyed.
I did do something a little different by adding some beer to the bread dough which I believe made it rise a little more.

This is what I had and I went back for a third slice.

That sauce recipe is definitely a keeper! It's posted in the other School Cafeteria Pizza post.
