I wish I could carry appendix lol. That's why I'm going to the gym.I’ve been carrying a Glock 17 appendix for the past 3 years or so now. I just don’t see the point of carrying such a tiny gun when I can comfortably carry a full sized one. The smallest I’ve ever carried was a G30s.
That's niceFavorite pocket gun is S&W 649 in .357mag., although have carried a Makarov at times.

I think one of the biggest issues with even considering rimfire for carry, is the ignition reliability. A lot of us have seen large game taken down with a well placed 22, but I can't recall any brand/line of .22lr ever being 100%.Currently trying to transition from a g27/43x to a g19mos.
As for caliber, it depends on the plateform. Id wouldnt be 100% against rim fire but it would have to be in a revolver in case a round is a dud.
And that’s why I pocket carry….I wish I could carry appendix lol. That's why I'm going to the gym.
This is why I'm trying to transition to a g19. Plus i hate shooting small guns.G19 in the same place everyday. I am not a believer in switching guns and carry positions just for comfort or convivence. Find the gun and carry position that works for you and stick with it and practice with it.
