I have a 96A1 new in box. I'm asking $625. It was purchased on 9/8/12. I did not realize it was a 96A1 until I got home. I was looking for a 92a1 and got a little too excited. Boy, do I feel stupid.

No, I bought it from Academy Sports since it was right around the corner from where I was. I noticed it that night and went back the next day.

I would have called the mang. and complained about them not trading it in.

The manager called the district manager who said no since i had looked it over. They do tell you a few times that onceyou leave if there is a problem with ityou will have to contact maker. It's really my fault for not noticing tiny 6 instead of a 2 and the 40 on barrel. I just looked it over to see if any thing was messed up. Live and learn.

That does suck, but I have a 96D. I didn't like the 40 cal at all until I shot mine. That really is a great frame for the 40.
