    well..they definitely arent in the price range of gerber knives but also not in the same quality range..... There are a ton of different 1911s floating around out there...some name brands are cheap and others are more expensive

    I just dont see this as a 500$ knife

    I like the overall shapes to them! I prefer a more contoured handle but thats not to say theirs is a bad handle just personal preference. The kydex sheaths look really nice too.

    I could be losing sight on real world knife prices since I make my own now. Lately been making aton of chef and japanese chef knives and man the retail on those in stores is crazy!

    They look pretty nice but i dont think they should be priced that high but that is just my opinion.

    I agree 100%. It's the same as Atwood. I see those tiny Atwood EDC "tools" floating around for $50, $100, $200+, and they are simple titanium bottle openers.

    It's hard to beat an ESEE or Becker/Ka-Bar these days, especially with their price point. Customs do interest me and I'm all for supporting the small guys, but $500 for any knife is ridiculous.
