State Troopers lost my application

So I hand-delivered my application on January 15th. Got the electronic fingerprints done in Baton Rouge at the La State Troopers headquarters and everything. I call today to check on the status, and they tell me they have no record whatsoever of my application. Unbelievable! (Ok ok, I know... believable.) I had even included my original copy of my certification class diploma (or whatever you call it) and hadn't made a photocopy. Now what, start over? Retake the class? So stinking frustrated right now. Thanks for letting me vent.

Sorry to hear about your issue with LSP. Everyone should always photocopy everything they turn in to LSP. Contact your Instructor about getting another certificate.
He/She will have your information on file and LSP should rush the new application through for you and not charge for the prints again.

where did you take the class. when someone takes my class and they lose it or the state does i charge $10 for another copy.
