Steering Column Holster Mount [Gum Creek]

Howdy Folks,

I was wondering if any of you have had any experience with the Gum Creek steering column mount shown here: http://www.gumcreekcustoms.com/Vehicle-Handgun-Mount-p8.html

Also to clarify, I recently moved to Lafayette from Florida and do not have my LA CCW yet but figured this would fall safely under Open Carry/Vehicle carry.

Please share any opinions or experiences!

Here ya go. Couple different points and ideas. I think drawing from that would be tricky in a pinch without pointing the muzzle at any part of your body.

A holster sandwiched between the seat and console is a better choice than that.
