Stepping into the stippling world - Stippled and Duracoated Glock 22

Did a stippling job on a Glock 22. Ground off the finger grooves and the back serrations, stippled the grip, added night sights and also Duracoated the slide Coyote.

Yep. It's stippled.

The Duracoat job looks nice, but no offense; Any jerk-off with a soldering iron can stipple a gun.

No offense taken. This was the first stippling job our guy ever did so we think he did pretty good for a first timer. Figuring that he was still coloring outside the lines this time last month we think thats a big step.

I think stippling the bottom of the beavertail part is a bad idea if shooting without gloves. That part of the skin is typically more tender, and there's no actual functional grip advantage there. Shooting will irritate the hand, there.

We totally agree but this is what the customer wanted so we went with it. He specifically asked for the "tiny holes" type of stipping. We are working on perfecting other types/designs as well.

Now spray the frame with undercoat. I was thinking about bringing on of mine to topper world and asking if they could spray it with the bed liner.

Was curious if anyone knew about any places that offer stippling. Would rather have someone with experience in the craft work on my glock.

Talon grips could be a cheap alternative, and reversible.
