Terrebonne Parish: Dog must make contact before the use of deadly force?

He fought it, long and hard too. But in the end it was his word against his neighbors and seems his neighbor was alittle better connected.
I dont know him real well, still see him around through business now and again. But dont see him being irresponcible with a weapon.
It was a bad case of small town politics.
