My .44 mag Lee carbide die started gouging the cases during sizing. I called Lee, and they said send it in for inspection. A week later they sent me a brand new carbide sizer die! This was a 21 year old die, and Lee replaced it, no questions asked.

That is service! I have many Lee dies which have provided me excellent performance over the years, and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Lee again.

All I have are Dillon and Redding dies. I bought a Lyman universal decapper and it won't work with half the dies it's supposed to.

I've never owned Lee dies but this is definitely a plus and an incentive to buy their products.

I've dealt with Lee, RCBS and Hornady' s customer service so far. They've all been great; many orders of magnitude better than any non-firearm related company I've dealt with.

    They know we have guns.
