Any suggestions for vegans who may be talked into seafood in the NOLA area?

I was just going to grill up some steaks, make mashed potatoes, and put the kids to bed for her so she doesn't have to worry about it. Might pick up some flowers too, but my wife doesn't really go for that.

I am willing to spend all over the place. The bad part is she isn't that adventurous when it comes to trying new food (she likes chicken) so I have to make sure wherever we go there is something for her. I have taken her to Zeas before and she liked it a lot.

She is usually vegan, but will sometimes eat fish, shrimp, crab, etc. Never beef, pork, chicken, eggs, milk, etc.

Would you be willing to go to a local/chill place that isn't necessarily fancy? If so I recommend The Galley on Metairie Road. Granted, it's strictly seafood but it's not all hyped up and whatnot.
