Hey guys, I'm looking at some models of AR-10 by Armalite. To those that have had any experience with these rifles- would you kindly share your thoughts about the gun. CDNN currently has models with barrel lengths from 16 inches to 20 inches. I have no particular use for it other than an occasional range outing with something more substantial than a 5.56 or 7.62x39 gun. I'm not a long range shooter nor a hunter so I am approaching this purchase simply as an introduction to the .308.
