trying to help a friend, looking for 55 grain 223 bullets for reloading

Seems most are out of stock or extremely high. He is just looking for bulk for reloading. 55 grain just for target/plinking. He has 3 kids with AR15's and blows way too much ammo. Anyone have a line on anything? Thanks
