    Candyman, I've watched your awesome posts for a long time. I've since gotten in more Type 53's. The hand guards are worn through to metal. The stocks are really beaten up. I'm considering refinishing them or cleaning them up. I have the left over stock from the Frankenstein m44 or I can clean the t53 stock more. The CHU is chewed up to say the least...suggestions
    FYI mostly matching/force matched serials.
