Not really.

I don't watch TV at all, don't have it, grew up without one... I've never seen his show other than a couple minutes while flipping the the channels at a Hotel or something.

I say it's fiction because I've worked with FEMA, and in a couple days will have a degree in Emergency Management and know a little about how FEMA and similar operates.

Losing thousands of cops/national guard trying to arrest law abiding citizens is just stupid. Also consider that they may not want to shoot their friends/family/fellow townmembers. It may one day come to that, but right now I think that is a ways off, if ever. Sensationalism at this point.
